The Boston Vegetarian Society's Food Festival

WOW, Kudo's to the Boston Vegetarian Society and their annual Boston Vegetarian food festival. *AGAIN (O9)* It is occuring as I type...

I went for a while this morning and the crowd was amazing. Thousands of people come to these festivals...I often wonder where all of these veg*ns are hiding the rest of the year!

I came home early as I am not very comfortable in crowds. Even when the crowd is full of like minded people? Odd Huh? I should have been jumping for joy at the shear relevance of the whole concept. Instead I come home feeling all alone ...

Do many others feel a similar feeling?

Well, I'm uncomfortable with being reminded of how segregated vegans and vegetarians are, when involved with many people sometimes. And then, when among other veggie-heads sometimes I feel like people are taking it way too 'easy'. It took God, Jesus, Buddha, Mother Teresa, Siddartha and other go-getters to get people to listen to the voice of reason. And it doesn't help that MOST people just don't give a ... you know what. So, sure, I can get the gist of it.
