Q. Why can't I log in?
A. If you are having trouble logging in, make sure your name/nickname is entered (caps/lower case) as when you joined.. everything is case sensitive.
The "LOG IN" link is on the top menu.
Q. Why Can't I See Who The Members Are?
A. EAch member is given the option to allow, or to not allow non members to be able to see their profiles.
If you are a member, you can see membership profiles from the "SEE GROUP MEMBERS" top menu. Members with a picture uploaded to their profile will be seen on the first page. Members without profile pictures can be found by clicking on the arrow after the search box.
Q. Why Do I Have To Wait For Approval To Join?
A. This is just an attempt to keep trouble making meat advocates away.
Q. Why Does It say Vegetarian SINGLES at the top?
A. You don't have to be single to join, but you may find that the majority of us are single.
It may say vegetarian singles / dating at the top, to make it easier for single veg*ns to find us on the search engines.
Q. Why don't I see myself listed as a member?
A. After being approved as a member you will recieve a welcome email.
When you log in as a member, go to the top menu "Your Profile" and create a profile for yourself so people can see that you are a member.
We have meny members who have not creted profiles yet. We encourage creation of profiles so we know with whom we are connecting.
After your profile is created, you will see your options to create your blogs.
Q. Why can't I see the chat box?
A. You must be a logged in member to see the chat box and chat.
Q. Why isn't there a membership fee?
A. The Administrator is just plain nice
Q. Why Is Paypal The Only Payment Method? (not currently relevant)
A. Since we are still a new site, using paypal is the easiest, cheapest, and safe built in payment to this system.
As we grow and can afford additional payment options, another will be added.
The notion of donations to cover costs and then extra funds donated to a favorite vegan charity is being considered.
